Shipping & Delivery: At Nara Space, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, ensuring your orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner. 

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Express Shipping, Delivered within 1-2 days across the UAE. Shipping Cost is 25 AED.

Delivery Partners: We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact our customer support team for assistance. 

Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Packages: If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a second attempt will be made. If the order remains undelivered, it may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
